Chatbots and AI agents that actually take routine work off your team
Not an abstract “artificial intelligence”, but a specific bot
that takes in requests, replies to customers, keeps records, and takes the load off your managers – built around your business and your processes.
Sound familiar?
Website leads get lost because a manager only saw them two hours later. Customers ask the same questions on Viber and Telegram, and answering them by hand takes just as long every single time. Documents and invoices are put together manually, even though all the data is already in the system.
Sound familiar? Then part of this routine can be handed to a bot, leaving the team only the tasks that truly need a person. Building a chatbot for your business usually starts right there: not with “which technology to install”, but with “what is actually eating up the team’s time”.
At IntegraBAS we don’t sell “a bot” in the abstract. We first figure out exactly where your time is going, and only then put together a solution – whether that’s a chatbot for customers or a broader AI-driven business automation covering several processes at once.
What we solve
AI reception for website and messengers
Takes in requests from the website and messengers, answers first questions, and hands the manager a ready-to-work contact.
AI customer support
Answers customers' recurring questions, works off a knowledge base, and hands complex cases over to a person.
AI sales agent
Guides the customer through the funnel, clarifies their need, follows up, and updates statuses in the CRM.
AI for documents and invoices
Prepares invoices, contracts, and requests from a template - based on data from a form, CRM, or correspondence.
Voice AI agent
Takes calls, books the customer for a service, confirms the time, and hands the task to a manager.
How building a chatbot for a business works
We get on a call, see where time is currently being lost and which channels are involved.
We write out the bot's logic: what it handles itself, and what it hands over to a person.
We connect the required channels and systems, and test on real conversations.
The bot goes live, we monitor the quality of its answers, and refine it as needed.
Ready-made implementation scenarios
Below are real scenarios of bot usage that clients ask us for most often.
Any of these cases can be taken as is or adapted to your specifics.
AI reception: handling inquiries
24/7 handles inquiries and books the customer in, without losing a thing.
AI lead qualification
Clarifies the need and readiness to buy before handing off to a manager.
Answers frequent questions based on your documents and instructions.
Updates records, prepares suggestions, sends reminders.
Assembles invoices, requests, and contracts from a template.
Helps the customer figure out which product or service fits their needs.
Collects an application form and prepares a profile for the recruiter.
Pulls data from spreadsheets and the CRM and prepares a summary.

1. On the market since early 2025. We are IntegraBAS Solution, and before moving into AI agents we already worked on BAS/1C integrations with CRM, marketplaces, and delivery services – so we understand how a bot needs to fit into real business processes, rather than operate apart from the system.
2. Not just chat, but a workflow. The bot connects to your systems and carries out an action, rather than simply holding a conversation.
3. A person stays in charge of complex decisions. The bot doesn’t pretend to be an employee and hands the conversation to a manager wherever that’s needed.
4. Support after launch.

AI agents and chatbots for business: what they are and who they’re for
As a business grows, routine inquiries pile up while the team’s time doesn’t grow with them. Website requests, questions on Telegram and Viber, repeat calls, documents that need to be put together from a template – all of this can be done by hand, or it can be handed to a bot, freeing up the team’s time for tasks that truly need a person.
IntegraBAS Solution builds chatbots and AI agents for businesses in Ukraine: from a simple bot for handling website requests to scenarios with CRM integration, document workflow, and telephony. We’ve been on the market since early 2025, and even before moving into AI agents we worked on BAS and 1C integrations with CRM systems, marketplaces, and delivery services. That’s why we approach every bot not as a standalone gadget on the website, but as part of the company’s workflow.
How an AI agent differs from a regular chatbot
A typical chatbot runs on buttons and pre-written scenarios: one step left, one step right, and the conversation hits a dead end. An AI agent understands ordinary text, asks for clarification when a question is vaguely worded, and can carry out a specific action: create a request, update a customer’s CRM record, book them for a service, or prepare a document from a template. That’s the difference between “a bot that replies” and “a bot that does”.
Five directions we work in
This page covers five automation scenarios that come up most often: handling requests from the website and messengers, customer support backed by a knowledge base, guiding leads through the sales funnel, working with documents and invoices, and voice agents for calls. Each direction can be launched on its own or combined with others – for example, a website bot plus automatic request creation in the CRM plus invoice preparation.
Nine ready-made cases
Further down the page you’ll find nine implementation cases: from AI reception, which makes sure no inquiry is ever lost, to a recurring AI report for management built from CRM and spreadsheet data. Any case can be taken almost as is, or adapted to a specific business – a retail store and a logistics company run very different processes, and the bot’s scenario needs to reflect that.
How we approach implementation
We don’t connect a bot just for the sake of “now we have AI”. Before starting, we figure out which process is eating up the most of the team’s time, and only then build a scenario around that task: with clear logic, defined hand-off points to a manager, and an understandable result at the end. Once launched, the bot isn’t left unattended – we monitor the quality of its answers, refine the scenarios, and put together a report on how it’s handling its tasks.
From chatbot to AI-driven business automation
The five directions on this page are only the visible part of what’s known as AI-driven business automation. An AI-powered business doesn’t necessarily start with a customer-facing chatbot: sometimes it’s an internal AI personal assistant for the team that gathers summaries and reminds people about tasks, and sometimes it’s broader AI-driven production automation, dealing with accounting, planning, and process control rather than customer conversations. If that’s the kind of request you have, describe the task in the form – we work out the estimate for cases like this individually, after reviewing the process.
If you’re not yet sure which direction fits your business, describe your situation in the form on this page – we’ll suggest a solution to start with and give you a ballpark budget. You can request a chatbot for your business or discuss a more comprehensive AI automation project in the very same inquiry.
