Synchronizing products with the Kasta marketplace via BAS and 1C
An IntegraBAS module for automatically transferring data on products, prices, and inventory levels from your accounting system to hub.kasta.ua. It only needs to be set up once-after that, it runs on its own without any intervention from a manager.
Estimated price: upon request
What exactly is transmitted to Kasta
Product name, color, size, photos, and all product specifications. These are entered manually when you select a product for upload and click the button. Photos are uploaded using the separate “Upload Photo to Kasta” button-clicking it again will not duplicate photos that have already been uploaded.
Prices are updated automatically every 15 minutes. The type of price sent to Kasto is selected during setup-for example, “Retail price.” If necessary, prices can be updated manually using the corresponding button.
They are updated automatically every 15 minutes along with the prices. If an item in a particular size is out of stock, the marketplace will detect this within 15 minutes. A manual refresh is also available.
The list of categories, attributes, and their values is automatically downloaded every night. You don’t need to keep an eye on updates on the Kasto side-the module fetches the latest data on its own.
Why choose an IntegraBAS module?
Prices and inventory levels are synced with Kasta every 15 minutes in the background via a scheduled task. The information on the marketplace always reflects the actual inventory status.
The product specifications are configured once for each product group. All new items in this category are imported automatically-the system already knows how to process them.
Items that have already been uploaded to Kasto are automatically marked as “Uploaded to Kasto.” Clicking the button again will not create duplicates-items that have already been uploaded are simply skipped.
When mapping your properties to Kasto attributes, the “Fill in Similar” button automatically finds matches by name-for example, the size ‘37’ is immediately linked to “37” on Kasto. You only need to manually fill in the fields that didn't match.
IntegraBAS provides support for all your needs: whether it’s changes to the Kasto API, setting up a new category, or questions about mapping-we handle them promptly.
How Syncing with Kasto Works: A Step-by-Step Guide
You can obtain an API token in your hub.kasta.ua account under “API” > “Create Token.” Enter the token in the module settings along with the price type you need to pass. After saving, click “Test Connection” and verify that the connection is successful. We will assist you with this step during the initial setup.
The “Sync Kasto Categories” button imports the complete list of marketplace categories into the program. Going forward, this list is updated automatically every night-new Kasto categories appear in the system without any action required on your part.
For each product group, you link your category to the Kasto category once and configure the matching attributes: color, size, material, etc. The “Fill in Similar” button automatically selects matches—you only need to manually add the remaining ones. For required characteristics that are not in your properties (for example, “Subgroup”), there is a “Select Standard Characteristics” button-it also works automatically. This setup is performed once for each category.
On the product page, check the “Upload to KASTA” box, upload a photo using the “Upload Photo to KASTA” button, and click “Upload Products.” Once the upload is complete, the product will automatically be marked as “Uploaded to KASTA” and will appear in the “New Products” section of your KASTA account.
After unloading, the products await inspection by the buyer, Kasta-this is a standard marketplace procedure that is independent of the module. While the product is in “New” status, its prices and stock levels are not yet updated. Once it changes to “For Sale” status, automatic updates begin immediately.
Once set up, the system runs automatically: prices and stock levels are updated every 15 minutes, and Kasta catalogs are updated every night. You only need to intervene when adding a new product or a new category.

BAS and 1C Integration with Kasta: What It Brings to Your Business in Practice
Kasta is one of the leading marketplaces for selling clothing, footwear, and accessories in Ukraine. For suppliers with a large product catalog, the key question is always the same: how to keep prices and stock levels up to date on the marketplace without manually updating them every day. This is exactly the problem solved by the synchronization module from IntegraBAS.
After the integration is configured, inventory balances and prices are transferred from your BAS or 1C database to hub.kasta.ua every 15 minutes in the background via a scheduled task. If a size goes out of stock or a price changes, the marketplace receives the update within fifteen minutes without any involvement from a manager or accountant. In addition to automatic synchronization, you can launch updates manually at any time – which is especially useful before a promotion or when urgent price adjustments are required.
It is also worth mentioning the product export logic. A new product is uploaded manually – you mark it in the product card and click the upload button. After that, the system automatically tracks what has already been transferred. Once a product has been successfully uploaded for the first time, it receives the “Uploaded to Kasta” flag automatically and is skipped during future uploads. No duplicates will be created, even if the upload button is pressed multiple times.
An important point to understand in advance: after uploading, a product does not become available for sale immediately. It appears in the “New Products” section of the Kasta seller account and waits for buyer approval – this is a standard marketplace process. Until the review is completed, prices and stock levels for that product are not updated. This is expected behavior and not a module issue. Once the product receives the “On Sale” status, automatic updates start immediately.
How the Configuration Works and Why It Is Not Complicated
The most time-consuming part is the initial setup of attribute mapping. Each Kasta category has its own set of required fields. For footwear, for example, these include color, size, material, subgroup, and other attributes. These fields need to be mapped once to the corresponding product properties in your database. The module significantly simplifies this process: the “Fill Similar Values” button automatically finds matches by name – for example, size “37” is automatically linked to Kasta’s size “37”, and color “Black” is linked to Kasta’s “Black”. Manual configuration is only required for values where an exact match cannot be found.
For mandatory attributes that do not exist among your product properties at all – such as “Subgroup” for the footwear category – the module provides a “Select Standard Attributes” button. It automatically finds the value that matches your category name and assigns it to all products in that category. These standard attributes are also updated automatically every night together with Kasta reference data. If the marketplace introduces new mandatory fields, the system will retrieve them automatically without requiring your involvement.
This configuration is performed only once for each category. After that, any new product in the category can be uploaded without additional setup – the system already knows how to transfer its attributes to Kasta.
IntegraBAS handles the entire technical implementation process: connecting the module to your BAS or 1C database, configuring categories and attribute mappings, performing test uploads, and providing user training and consultations. After launch, we remain available for support – if Kasta changes its API structure or a new product category needs to be configured, we will help you resolve it quickly.
