Without this, integration is technically impossible—this is a requirement set by Ukrposhta itself, not by our module. If you don’t have a contract yet, it’s best to sign it at the same time you begin setting up the integration.

Both formats are supported. The Ukrposhta Express API is integrated as part of the same setup—no separate module is required. If necessary, you can configure different rules for standard and express shipments.

Prostir is Ukrposhta’s business platform: a personal account, shipment management, and analytics. IntegraBAS integration is compatible with this service: data from BAS / 1C is transferred via API and displayed in Prostir without the need for manual entry.

No. The statuses are updated automatically via the Ukrposhta API at set intervals. When you open the document, you’ll see the current status of the package. You don’t need to click anything.

Yes, this is one of the key features of the integration. The waybill is generated based on data from the document—address, recipient, weight, and shipment type. The manager doesn’t have to switch to the Ukrposhta website or re-enter the data.
