What the IBAN Payment Module Can Do

QR code with payment details

The system automatically generates a QR code containing all payment details: IBAN, EGRPOU/INN, payment description, amount, and order number. The customer scans the code and pays without having to enter the details manually.

With a single click, the cashier sends a payment link to the customer via a Telegram bot or by SMS through the Turbo SMS service—convenient both in-store and for online orders.

Automatic fiscalization

Once payment is confirmed, the module prints a fiscal receipt on the connected cash register or point-of-sale terminal. No additional action is required from the cashier.

An Alternative to Acquiring

It works without a POS terminal. The fee for a bank transfer via IBAN is significantly lower than the standard merchant acquiring fee (1.5–3% per transaction).

How It Works: Step by Step

Step 1. Select a payment method

When the sale is complete, the cashier clicks the “IBAN payment” button in the checkout window—instead of accepting payment by card or cash.

Step 2. Generating a QR code and a payment link

The system opens a payment window: the amount due is automatically retrieved from the receipt, and a unique link and QR code are generated. The customer scans the code using their smartphone camera or a banking app (Privat24, Monobank, etc.)—and pays with a single click.

Step 3. Providing the client with the necessary details

If the customer is there in person, just show them the QR code. If it's a remote order, send the link via Telegram or by text message to the customer's phone number.

Step 4. Confirmation and Fiscal Registration

After the customer has paid, the cashier confirms receipt of payment (or checks the “Customer has paid” box) and clicks “Print Receipt.” The fiscal receipt is printed automatically. If the customer changes their mind, the transaction is canceled without any consequences.
